The records include documents of Company anniversary celebrations, recreational activities, history of Chung Ying, awards and gifts made to the Company, biographical files for Chung Ying staff and associated individuals and records of the Company archive.

The Oversized Records include large-format production materials such as ground plans, set designs, and light plots and posters. This collection is not fully processed and is currently unavailable for research.

The Photo Collection contains black and white prints, color prints, 35mm slides, film negatives, and Polaroid snapshots in a variety of sizes. The photographs represent production stills, publicity photographs, cast headshots, rehearsal shots, candid shots of actors during make-up, prop and set design studies, and productions. There are many photographs of Chung Ying staff, special projects or programmes, company special events, such as press conferences, opening nights and other publicity functions.
